Tracking

When tracking is available, we email the tracking details after shipment.
You can also check your order status on our Track Your Order page.

Tracking not updating?

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show movement after shipment.
If tracking does not move for 3 business days, contact support with your order number.

Delivered but not received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package:

  1. check around your mailbox/front door
  2. check with neighbors or reception/front desk
  3. review carrier notes (if available)

Wrong item / missing item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • order number
  • clear photos of the item(s) received
  • photos of packaging (if possible)
