Processing Time (Before Shipping)
Our processing time is up to 3 business days.
However, most orders are sent to the shipping provider within 3–24 hours after processing begins.
Processing includes:
- confirming order details
- preparing and packing the item
- generating shipping documents/label (when applicable)
When does the delivery time start?
The estimated delivery windows (e.g., 2–5 days, 4–14 days) are calculated after the order is shipped.
Why processing can take longer sometimes
Processing may take closer to 3 business days during:
- weekends and holidays
- high order volume periods (peak season)
- product availability/handling requirements
If you need urgent delivery, choose items with shorter delivery windows where available.
