Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing time
Refund processing can take time depending on:
- case review time
- your bank/payment provider
Typically, once approved, refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account (varies by provider).
What if I used a different payment method?
If your original payment method is unavailable, we will coordinate with you on the best alternative solution.
