Return Shipping Cost (USA returns only)

In most cases, the customer pays return shipping.

When we cover/credit return shipping

We may cover or credit return shipping only if:

  1. We sent the wrong item, or
  2. The item arrived damaged/defective (proof required)
What proof is required

Email support@golddar.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Packaging photos (if possible)

We will review and confirm the best resolution.
