In most cases, the customer pays return shipping.
When we cover/credit return shipping
We may cover or credit return shipping only if:
- We sent the wrong item, or
- The item arrived damaged/defective (proof required)
What proof is required
Email support@golddar.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Packaging photos (if possible)
We will review and confirm the best resolution.
