If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.
When address changes are possible
Address changes may be possible only if:
- The order has not yet been shipped/handed over to the carrier
What we need from you
Email support@golddar.com with:
- Order number
- Your correct full address
- Phone number (recommended for delivery)
If the order has already shipped, carriers may not allow changes. We will still guide you on the best option available.
