Article 3: My Tracking Isn’t Updating — What Should I Do?

Tracking Not Updating

It’s normal for tracking to take 24–48 hours to show movement after shipment.

This can happen when:

  • a label is created but the carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet
  • the first scan is delayed
  • carrier systems update slowly
What you should do
  1. Wait up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking number
  2. Check again
  3. If tracking shows no movement for 3 business days, contact us
