Article 3: Card Charged but No Order Confirmation (Very Important)

I Was Charged but I Don’t See an Order

Sometimes what looks like a charge is actually a temporary authorization hold. This can happen if:

  • The payment was interrupted
  • The checkout page was refreshed/closed
  • The bank placed a pending hold
What to check first
  1. Check your email inbox and spam folder for an order confirmation
  2. Check My Account → Orders (if you created an account)
  3. Check your bank statement:
    • If it shows Pending, it may drop off automatically
    • If it shows Completed, then payment likely went through
What we will do

If you contact us, we can confirm whether an order was created.

Please email support@golddar.com and include:

  • The email used at checkout
  • Your name
  • Amount charged
  • Date/time of the charge (approx.)
  • Screenshot of the bank transaction (optional)

We will verify and guide you on whether it will auto-reverse or if we need to assist further.
