My Payment Failed — Common Reasons

If your payment fails, it’s usually due to one of these reasons:

  • Your bank declined the transaction for security reasons
  • Incorrect card details (number/expiry/CVV)
  • Billing address mismatch (AVS checks)
  • Insufficient funds or card limit
  • 3D Secure / OTP verification not completed
  • Temporary payment provider issue
Quick Fix Checklist

Try these steps:

  1. Double-check your card details (CVV, expiry, name)
  2. Make sure billing address matches your bank card statement
  3. Try again using a different browser (Chrome recommended)
  4. Try switching from mobile data to Wi‑Fi (or vice versa)
  5. Try another card (if available)
  6. Contact your bank and ask them to allow the transaction
