Article 2 — How to Return (USA Customers) — Step‑by‑Step

USA Returns Only — Step‑by‑Step

These steps apply to USA‑delivered orders only.

Step 1 — Email us within 7 days

Email support@golddar.com within 7 days of delivery (Delivered status) and include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Clear photos of the item with tags and packaging (SKU label if provided)

If your item is damaged/defective or you received the wrong item, also include close‑up photos/video evidence.

Step 2 — Wait for approval & RA number

If your return is approved, we will send:

  • The exact return address
  • Return Authorization (RA) Number

Please allow 12–24 business hours for a response (during peak times it may take longer).

Step 3 — Ship back within 7 days of submission

Write the RA number clearly on the package.
Ship the return back within 7 days of submission.
Returns without an RA number may be refused.

Step 4 — Processing & refund

After we receive your return, processing typically takes 5–7 business days.
We will email you once processing is completed.
