Article 1 — Return & Refund Policy (USA Returns Only)

Important Notice (Please read)

Orders shipped outside the USA are FINAL SALE.
No returns, no refunds, and no exchanges for international orders at this time.

USA Orders Only — 7‑Day Returns

Returns are accepted only for USA‑delivered orders, and only when the item meets all requirements.

Eligibility (what we accept back)

We accept returns of unworn clothing items that are:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Original tags attached
  • In the original clear bag/packaging
  • SKU label/sticker intact (if provided)
  • Free from stains, odors (perfume/smoke), makeup marks, pet hair, or damage

We do not accept exchanges.

Return timeline (USA only)
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days from the day tracking shows Delivered.
  • If delivered in multiple packages, the 7‑day window starts when the final package is delivered.
  • After you submit the return request, the return must be shipped back within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund review.

Late returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.

Shipping/handling & return shipping
  • Shipping and handling charges are non‑refundable.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged/defective item (proof required).
Processing time

Please allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your return.
We will email you once the return has been processed to confirm the outcome.
