1) Can I cancel my order?

Yes—but only if your order has not been processed or shipped yet.
Once an order is processed, handed over to the shipping provider, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2) Cancellation time window

Because orders are processed quickly, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • Processing time is up to 3 business days
  • Most orders are typically sent to the shipping provider within 3–24 hours after processing begins (business days)

If you want to cancel, the faster you contact us, the higher the chance we can stop the shipment.

3) How to request a cancellation

Email us at support@golddar.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • A clear message: “Please cancel my order”

If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will confirm by email.

4) If the order cannot be cancelled

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case:

  • You may still be covered under our Return & Refund Policy (USA orders only), where applicable.
  • International orders are final sale (no returns), as stated in our Return Policy.
