1) About Golddar
Golddar is a curated online boutique brand offering apparel and accessories. We work with trusted production and fulfillment partners to deliver products to customers in the United States.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction to make a purchase on our Site. By placing an order, you confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
3) Products, Descriptions, and Availability
- We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings.
- Product availability can change at any time. We may limit quantities or discontinue items without notice.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors (including pricing or product information) and to cancel orders affected by such errors.
4) Pricing and Payments
- All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be completed using the payment methods available on the Site.
- Promotions or discounts may have separate terms and may be changed or ended at any time.
5) Shipping United States Only
- We currently ship to United States customers only.
- Shipping timelines vary by item. Many items ship within 2–5 business days, while other items may take 5–10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
Split Shipments
Orders may arrive in multiple packages. This can happen when items are fulfilled from different locations or require separate packaging.
6) Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on all products shipped to US customers.
7) Returns and Refunds 7‑Day Window No Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted for unworn clothing items that meet all of the following:
- Original tags attached
- Clear garment packaging with SKU label
- Unworn and in original condition
Return Window
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order.
- The first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows Delivered status.
- For split package orders, the return window begins from the date/time the final package is delivered.
Return Shipment Deadline
To qualify for a full refund, eligible returns must be shipped back within 7 days of submitting the return request.
Returns Not Meeting Requirements
Returns that do not meet the criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the entire return.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Shipping and handling charges are non‑refundable.
Refund Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process the return. We will email you once your return has been processed.
8) Final Sale and Non‑Returnable Items
The following categories are final sale and non‑returnable:
- Beauty
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates/Lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Openpack Wholesale Orders
9) Damaged Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (including labels if possible)
10) Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to make changes once an order enters processing.
11) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, graphics, product photos, and design—is owned by Golddar or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce our content without written permission.
12) Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with Site security or operations
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
- Misuse promotions, place fraudulent orders, or engage in chargeback abuse
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
13) Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products/services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error‑free.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golddar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through the Site.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Golddar harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
16) Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
