Tracking Not Updating
It’s normal for tracking to take 24–48 hours to show movement after shipment.
This can happen when:
- a label is created but the carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet
- the first scan is delayed
- carrier systems update slowly
What you should do
- Wait up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking number
- Check again
- If tracking shows no movement for 3 business days, contact us
